Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by TurfBeacon Conway Artificial Grass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
TurfBeacon Conway Artificial Grass provides professional artificial grass installation services for residential and commercial properties in Conway, AR and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Residential artificial grass installation
- Commercial artificial grass installation
- Pet turf and dog turf systems
- Backyard putting greens
- Playground and safety turf
- Sports turf installation
- Turf removal and replacement
- Paver and turf installation
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide to us. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material availability, and any changes you request during the installation process. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if site conditions differ significantly from what was initially assessed.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Once your installation is scheduled, we commit resources and materials to your project. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials already ordered and crew scheduling.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Installation workmanship is warranted for one year from the date of completion. Artificial grass products carry manufacturer warranties that vary by product. We will provide you with specific warranty information for the materials used in your project.
Property Access and Preparation
You are responsible for providing clear access to the installation area, including removing any furniture, decorations, or obstructions. You must also ensure that underground utilities are marked before we begin work. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule your installation, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and credit cards.
Limitation of Liability
TurfBeacon Conway Artificial Grass will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services provided.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
